Need urgent help: Coupon theme upgrade to 9 fails

Folks,
After uploading the theme and making sure that all looked fine in the Live Preview, I decided to activate the CP9 theme. To my horror, now I keep getting the ‘Please activate your PremiumPress theme here’ message on the front end.

I tried removing the WP-OPTIONS licence key which allowed me to enter the license key and email. But upon submit, I see a blank page in the admin panel. The frontend continues to throw the same message.

I am not able to see none of my Coupon Manager listing anywhere in the dashboard, although I still see them in the preview. I hope my data is in tact.

It would have helped if you put a simple readme file along with the download.

Please suggest what to do now? My site is down!!
