Need help to modify theme to disable parent category and sub category

    I know you can disable Parent category for listings but I need to disable sub-categories as well.

    My website is setup like this:
    Parent category – Province, disables
    Sub category – Town, edabled ( need to disable )
    Sub Sub Category – Venue, enabled

    I want the customers to be only allowed to select the venue for their listing.
