Need help resetting default google map

I read some other posts about google maps show a German map on visiting but don’t fully understand if they refer to the Directory theme or not. I’m having trouble finding where I enter the concordance to make my own location (Brisbane Airport) show as the default when someone visits my site. Currently it shows a German location.
