need help really fast with contact listing author

Hello.I recently setup my classifieds website and I’m having a problem whenever someone tries to contact the author of a listing through the listing page > contact autor button it doesn’t work when they enter their email it only works if I enter my default email address which is setup on my site.how do I make it work with any email address
