Mystery Dashboard item in menu

I have just upgraded to the 8.6 version of the directory and have installed a Child Theme.
My main menu has acquired an additional item – “Dashboard” in both the main menu and at the bottom of each of the dropdown menus.
This “Dashboard” item is not one of my menu items and doesn’t link to anything.

I can’t find any reference to it anywhere. How can I get rid of it?

Remove it in the WordPress menus.

Attached is a screenshot of the main menu with the mysterious “Dashboard” item appearing in the main menu and also at the bottom of each of the dropdown menu lists.

It doesn’t appear in the WordPress menu list or anywhere else that I can find, so I can’t simply delete it. Clicking on them doesn’t take you anywhere either.
