Regarding the My Account page – about requesting withdraw.

The choices are: (as seen from the Demo site)
It says: Here you can contact us (the website owner) about withdrawing money from your account.
    Your current balance is: $xx.xx
How much would you like to withdraw?
    Next you see the:
(Input text box field Title) = Payment Preferences
Input Text Box is seen below the title …..

    My Question…

How does the site owner pay the job listing person the amount they are requesting to withdraw?
    By what method?

Can PayPal pay it to their PayPal account?
Is this a Manual transaction each time a request is sent

Currently the Input text box field says (Payment Preferences)
How can the Title of the Input text box field be changed to say
Enter your PayPal email to receive Payment?

Otherwise we may be having to create a lot of “New” payee’s in our own personal bank accounts
to transfer to job listing person’s personal bank account. It could get very complicated with Tax responsibilities and accounting.
Especially in Australia with our 10% GST goods and services tax.

It’s better to have the job listing person who is requesting the withdraw to be responsible for paying their own tax
according to the income earned from their own PayPal statements.

Leaving the Website owner with just their own earnings balance at the end of each tax period in their own PayPal account.

Does anybody have answers or suggestions that does not involve having to create new personal EFT transactions for patrons Personal Bank Accounts? 🙂
