In the initial setup of our website, we had one listing package for $139 for 365 days and one upgrade membership package. Most members of our website selected the one time listing package to list their service and paid a one time fee of $139.
We then changed over to a membership package submission with 3 levels. (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
When I created these 3 levels, I created a new listing package with a price of $0 and length of 365 days that I then assigned to each membership level. That all seemed to work fine.
My question is…how do we upgrade all the members that initially subscribed to the “one time” listing package at $139 that is no longer active??
What is the process to move them to a new level of the membership packages?? (Silver, Gold, Platinum) and retain their billing info and expiration date?
