Move Top Menu Up

Hi there, grateful if someone can tell me if I can move my Top menu to sit alongside the currency dropdown and the shopping cart (I’d hope that the site would shift up too after moving). The Top menu existed in ShopperPress via Richard Bonk’s Add menu Bar plugin and was transferred across to Shop theme successfully. Please see attached image.
