Move Tool Box To Bottom Of Listings Page

I’m Trying to remove this huge empty gap space area between the top description and the top of listings details section. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS)

i WOULD prefer to keep the Tool Box where it is and just raise the Details Section up and next to the Tool Box, To remove the empty space.

– OR –
Move the Tool Box Down to the bottom of the Details Section,so the details Section can move up towards top of page with the description area removing the empty space that is there now.
