I’ve got the advanced search set up in a widget area in the sidebar but it doesn’t show on the mobile version. Any ideas?
have you turned it on under the generals setup -> mobile settings sub tab?
Mark…same issue for me in the coupon responsive theme, and yes I have it turned on in the mobile settings tab.
thanks ill check it out, are you running 3.8?
No 3.7…installing 3.8 in the morning. (In the U.S) Was this a 3.8 fix? I’ll let you know tomorrow if this fixed the issue.
im not sure as i didnt notice any bugs but might help
make sure you have both search box and advanced search enabled.
That fixed it….Jo, make sure you have them both turned on. Thanks Mark!
Thanks for the suggestion but have both searches enabled doesn’t fix it for me I’m afraid. Any other thoughts?
works fine for everyone else, make sure your not running any caching plugins etc
I have the same problem : no advanced search on mobile devices.
Both boxes are turned on and I have no cache…

This is due to your child theme, you’ll need to test with the core theme as child theme options can be limited/different.
I just tried to go back to the core theme and it stays the same : no advanced serach on mobile devices ? Any other idea ?
couldnt say without seeing your seutp but it would be there if you have the settings set correctly
