Missing Star rating translation in v8.6

(Basic directory, no child selected)
The star titles dont translate after doing the translation on Admin.

words to be changed:
– good, regular, bad…
– thank you. (user note)

Can you please point me where can i edit this widget for translation ?

PS: Can you please also tell me where the Admin translations are stored? (could not find in DB or file so far)
