Missing options

Hey all,
I just switched from the non-responsive to the responsive shopping theme. But I have some questions because I’m missing some very essential options.
For instance:
– Email Assignment -> for a webshop it is mandatory to sent a conformation email after a purchase. But now I can only sent a automatic email for welcoming new registered users. In the non response theme it was possible to sent automatically a conformation email after the order, and another when the payment was conferment. How can I do this in the responsive theme? Because it’s kind of essential.
– In the responsive shopping theme people can only buy items if they register for an account. In the non-responsive theme there was also an option for guest check out. This will result in much higher conversions (personal experience). Do I overlook this option or is it just not there?
