membership renewal issue

Hi all,

I’m having an issue regarding the membership renewals. I have not found any relevant info on the forum so here goes:

When a user selects a membership and has payed for it (for instance, 3 month term @$120) they have the option to “renew membership” in their dashboard. the issue seems to be that upon paying for the renewal, the membership starts again from that exact time and date of renewal (ie. the new expiry is set exactly 3 months from the point of renewal, and not 3 months AFTER the current membership ends).

How do we rectify this?
