Main search only searching keywords?

Hello again, friends. i am having trouble with the main seach (the box that is on the homepage, and I also have set in the main menu bar). It only seems to return results from keywords. For instance, I put in a parent category name, and it returns no results, even though there are listings in the category. Supportwomenbaltimore.org and search “beauty” for example. How can I get it to seach category names, listings’ titles and body text, etc., so that it produces real results? If it only searches by keyword, it seems fairly useless–I have that option in the advanced search. Thanks!
