Lower to higher membership

Hi

I have for example the four membership packages “Example Membership 1, Example Membership 2” and so on. Each with its own features like for example 1, 3 and 6 Month memberships.

But, if I log in with an account registered with Example Membership 1 then I cant access a listing which was registered with Example Membership 2 for example? Is this by default that one membership package can’t access another membership level by default?

Where can I change this so that all memberships can view all membership profiles – the only thing is that their membership will be shorter in terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. I trust this makes sense…
