login to reply link does not redirect correctly

Noq I have another issue, the login to reply link does not work correctly and redirects to a 404 > I have disabled all plugins and still have the same issue.

The link under ‘login to reply’ is this one:

How or where (which file) do I need to adjust and with which code?

ps I have enabled all plugins again, so the 404 will redirect to the home page
