Listings will not show up on Home Page or in top of category

    In the Listing Manager > Listing > Enhancements, I have manually set the listing to front page exposure and top of category. However, it does not appear for either.

    Under Installation > Listing Setup > Listing Packages, I have created a package which gives front page exposure and top of category exposure, but the listings that are assigned this package do not show up on the front page.

    I am at a loss as to how to get listings to appear on the front page. Am I missing something?
