Beginner

Because off circumstances I’ve had to let my Directory site go out of control. WordPress has been updating itself and so when going back to it all listings and images have now disappeared!
The database is intact and media library intact but no lists?
Directory Press is version 7.1.4 and WordPress is 4.4.1
Any one with help would be greatly appreciated.
