listing shortcode or query String

Hey guys does anyone know if there is a shortcode to display a listings of a particular category but also with a certian tag for example a colours category but only show listings with the tag “blue” ?

I also use the premiumpress page builder therefore a query string that does the same thing in the listing widget would be fine also. I had a querystring that showed listings of a particular category but not one that also uses listing tags to filter it further.

Also to be a bigger diva if it can put featured lustings in the category at the top also followed by top of category listings that would be extra awesome.
