Listing setup problem

Hi,
I have the latest responsive directory theme.

I made fields in the listing setup, website and state, and everything worked fine. Afterwards I added facebook, twitter, pinterest, phone, address; and then the problem started. An empty new listing pops up if I want to edit a listing, or the information of another listing pops up. I cannot delete some of the new listings to start over.

I wanted to delete the business address for instance. I went and deleted content in each of the 4 listings that had a business address added and then tried again in the listing setup. It deletes one of the other fields.
The fields seems to not respond to the delete or edit buttons next to each field.
Any ideas?
