LISTING SETTING & MEMBERSHIP SETTING

I installed DT with a child theme installed TECHFLOW, I am currently working on my LISTING & MEMBERSHIP SETTING. HOWEVER, I can not find from my dashboard My LISTING SETTING to update, review, monitor the current subscribers accounts. AND ALSO to MEMBERSHIP, where I need to update, review the status of my MEMBERS. WHERE NOW CAN I FIND THEM? there’s NO MEMBERSHIP Setting on the Dashboard Anymore, No Subscriber’s (Listing Account) Lists for Update. It became so complicated…. Can you please help me guys? I can not launch the website like this.
