Listing pages are now transparent after theme update to 8.0 in Directory

    I updated my Directory Responsive theme to the 8 and I have found many changes to my site. I do not know much css and rely primarily on the theme quick links.
    My listing pages are now showing up transparent. and I would like to have the background be white like it used to be. My front page was transparent too after the update also but I switched the setting to the front page static setting and it worked. There is a choice for post page to be static but there is not a place for me to choose the home page. Only all the other pages.
    Any help would be appreciated!
