listing page layout help

I am using the directory theme with a child theme to create a travel guide directory. I have several different types of listings and have a couple of questions.

1. In some of them like for example accommodations there is a check list in the submission form for amenities offered. I would like to display a row of icons associated with each amenity that they offer. Does anyone know if there is a easy way to associate an icon with each amenity and for any of the icons if the value is equal to “true” to display all of those icons in a single row on the listing page?

2. Since I have several different types of listings with most of them having some unique data fields is it possible to create multiple different listing layout pages? One for each type of listing package?
