Listing Packages messed up again!

I have set my site live having hoped (!) everything was tested and set up as I wished – however after going live I set up the real new listing packages I wanted along with keeping a couple for testing this week – however some of them are messed up! https://www.findamoraybusiness.co.uk/add-listing/ ie

One of my packages – Premium Level 2Yearly (365 days) £125 is all set up but in the front end when you try to create a listing choosing this package it shows as the “30 Free Package”

Again another new package Level 1 365 days at £95 is set up but shows as “3 day free test 19 Oct”!

So in effect all my main listing packages dont work properly.

Also in the admin under Listing Setup > Custom Fields > some fields which should only apply to Premium Level 2 Package ie Facebook link have all the packages assigned to it! I remove them and click save but when I come back and looks at Custom Fields > facebook all the packages are back again!

I made sure that I created new listing packages each time and all fields were clear so not just an overwrite of old package.

It seems its a coding issue – perhaps the system is trying to attach to old packages – however the facility within the admin to add new packages should work.

I had a similar issue when I had the site set up in a test environment and I was advised by support to use the Tools > delete all listing packages which I did but at the same time a lot of my 107+ categories were messed up (some top level categories disappeared) it involved 5 – 6 hours of my time redoing them again (adding them, adding icons, fav-icons, meta title, description for each one) so I am wary to do this again.

I have opened a support ticket but just in case anyone has had similar problems and knew what the fix was please post it here thanks!
