    Hi
    I know there are 3 renewal notice emails in the admin – 30 days, 15 days and 1 day – does anyone know how these are selected ie if I have a 365 day listing package will the theme/system automatically send out the 30 day notice 30 days before the end of 365 days ie at day 355?

    How does the system know which expiry period to choose ie 30 days notice as opposed to 1 day?

    Does this system just choose the most appropriate one?

    I have set up email templates for all 3 and have used and seen the 1 day expiry email for some 2 day test listings…

    Just wondered what my 30 day listing package would get ie? an expiry email 15 days before expiry?
