Listing ehancements not showing up

Hi premiumpressers,
It has been quite a while since I posted here, not going to say why, but I decided to give this theme another chance
Anyways, I just started to work on my site again and I experimented something unusual.

The listing enhancement options under the various listing packages is not showing up.
Is there anything that could be checked to set this back to normal?
