Listing contact email

Hi hi loving the responsive theme btw. Can one use a custom field “email” or “contact email” as the email address that the enquiry form on a listing gets sent to? I will be adding alot listings myself and dont want the enquiries to come to me but to the custom email field of the listing which would be the email address of the listed company.
