List Scrolling – How to Stop?

Is there a way to Stop the Listings from Scrolling?

–> when you go into a category, or do a search, it lists the various businesses, and then every few seconds, it takes the one from the bottom, and puts it to the top — or one that wasn’t in the list before is now listed there. This is irritating, and odd.

Additionally, Featured listings are spaced throughout, even though I’ve put the setting for them to be listed first.
