🙂 I understand your plight Patrick, however, at times we may have to realize that members are hosted on different host and not on PP server, whereby they can just check a problem as a hosting company may allow doing with the consent of the client. So maybe to allow the support team to check the problem that a member may encounter, the member may have to create a temporary password and username that they can change anytime to allow support to fix the issues rather than keep posting over and over the same issues without a fix and without the realization that the forum is merely a community whereby members try to assist each other’s and it is not where support fix every problems even though the forum is own and operated by PP.
When a person have any mechanical, software or hardware issues that they the owners may not able to fix off-hand they may have to check a repair shop, contact the manufacture, a specialist or friend, etc., to get the job done and at times they may have to remove their greater valuable from these products and send or leave their lesser valuable in the hands of these companies. This is just my opinion; however, what you mention in this post is something you and support will have to discuss. Good luck and hope all goes well.
