like instead of share? Social Icon edits

I’m running the Directory Theme. I have the social icons enabled in the top area navigation area. (see attachment). I know that you can add social icons in the footer by going to General Settings > Footer/Analytics etc. But that’s not what I’m after.

When I click on the facebook icon, for example, it “shares” the link. Is there a way I can edit this so that it “likes” my facebook business page instead of “sharing” the link? I’m more interested in getting likes.

Any help is greatly appreciated 🙄
