2) How can I fix the poor formatting of new languages on the registration page?
3) If it is easier to keep it above the registration section, that’s fine, but how do I correct the poorly formatted new language?

I have the Global translator plugin in the left column in http://www.thevapers.org, however, it didn’t appear in https://thevapers.org/wp-login.php?action=register, until I simply copied and posted the code from the other pages and pasted it into the user registration section.
