Kinda messed it up so I need a little help :-)

Trying to find a solution to two things I did something but I don’t know what happened. I went to Theme Setup >Listing Setup >Custom Fields and added a New Field. From the field type I chose Taxonomy, then on the taxonomy field I chose ocean–sea, then on the linked in field I chose ocean–sea again. I saved the changes and I loaded the page. When I clicked on the drop down menu only two options appeared (Latest News, Uncategorized). I went back to the Custom Fields and deleted the Taxonomy field I added, I saved the changes and when I reloaded the page the options were still the same!!!

I feel like a silly… What happened and how do I get the Ocean / Sea menu back ???
