"Job done?" button not working

    hello
    Since upgrading my theme users can’t complete jobs, they can click the “Job done?” button and it ticks, but nothing happens. I have tried all sorts of combinations; ticking and clicking send, ticking then writing in the box and clicking send, just ticking and waiting. help what im i doing wrong.
