    Hello Marie,
    As always; thank you for your excellent support!
    I made a change, added “Commission” as a job type alternative, see below and changed this also in an actual job listing. However, I do not see the “Commission” as the new input in the frontend. What am I doing wrong? Also, I would like to give a bit more free space to the main menu, how do I do this?
    Kind regards
    Gerard
    $values = array(
    “commission” => __(“Commission”,”premiumpress”),
    “fulltime” => __(“Full-time”,”premiumpress”),
    “parttime” => __(“Part-time”,”premiumpress”),
    “contract” => __(“Contract”,”premiumpress”),
    “internship” => __(“Internship”,”premiumpress”),
    “temporary” => __(“Temporary”,”premiumpress”)
    );

    @Gerard

    I made a change, added “Commission” as a job type alternative, see below and changed this also in an actual job listing. However, I do not see the “Commission” as the new input in the frontend.

    When making changes like this keep in mind that there may be references of settings over multiple files.

    Fortunately for you I only see two files that reference the job type setting. Give this a try….

    The areas that need changed:

    1. Look around lines #517/518 in functions.php.
      $values = array(
      "fulltime" => __("Full-time","premiumpress"),

      Note: I believe this is the one you had changed already.
    2. Around lines #620/621 in functions.php.
      switch($tt){
      case "parttime": {
    3. Around lines #763/764 in functions.php.
      $c[$o]['listvalues'] = array(
      "fulltime" => __("Full-time","premiumpress"),
    4. Around lines #73/74<s/trong> in _reset.php.
      $fields = array(
      "jobtype" => array('fulltime','parttime','contract','internship','temporary'),

    Note: Be careful when working with core files.

    @Gerard
    One other thing… it would actually be three files if you wanted to have a styled button then be sure to add the details in your stylesheet. If this doesn’t matter then you can skip this portion and possibly skip the _reset.php file too.

    Using ‘commission’ as the example to make the button “brown” in color:
    .btn.commission{ background: brown; border: 0px !important; }
    Found around line #74 in style.css.

    Hello James and all others that helped me,
    Thank you all for your suggestions and I apologize to not have responded. But after having made the initial changes the theme started to show very strange problems like no photo upload possible anymore, listings not saving and back end being totally out of wack. I had to change to another product, unfortunately.
    Thanks again for your help!
    Kind regards
    Gerard

    Hello Marie,
    I am still trying to make jobboard work for me. I wp admin under jobs editing the individual jobs is almost impossible because the input fields are totally out of wack and most of them disappear underneath the wp right side bar in wp admin. See pic attached.
    In custom fields the help texts disappear after saving or they show up again but than under a different field than was intended for.
    I have disabled all plugins to see if that would resolve the issues but they remain to be there.
    I hope someone can help me. I am also looking for someone that could do some custom work to my site, if you know someone I would appreciate if you could let me know.
    Thank you!
    Gerard
