Is the new responsing directory theme 8.4 compatible with the child themes…?

    I updated the new responsive directory theme 8.4. I was using Business theme as a child theme. After updating, I couldn’t find a way to keep the layout, some options in the dashboard were blocked or unclickable and so many other issues.

    Is there anything i’m missing or need to know or should I go back to older versions?
