    Sorry, missed that you added “plain” to the post.

    Okay, so… I have it set to “Plain,” but the “Start Transfer” button is not available on the PP plugin screen as shown in your screen capture. Now what? I’ve tried deactivating/reactivating, I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled… no luck.
