Hi,
I am trying to populate our directory with our leads database be have on a spreadsheet.
I first exported the existing data in the directory and have since copied and pasted the relevant fields of the new data onto the exported sheet.
I filled out all what seemed to be “required” fields.
When I import the CSV again the result is 0 products added (there should be a few hundred), but 496 products updated.
Now there are 496 lines of data in the new spreadsheet so to me it has recognised them all and added them, and indeed when I go into PHPMyAdmin I can see that the new records are in the database. However they are not appearing in the listings section.
I noticed the “post type” column was blank from the exported data, and I tried to change this to “post” for all records but that didn’t resolve the issue.

Not too sure what the issue could be!?
