I’ve asked this question previously and searched the forum and found a few topics but no solution.
The directory we have incorporated is in a subfolder (www.oursite.co.uk/business-directory) to our main site (www.oursite.co.uk).
The header of the directory site and menu section matches up to the header of the regular site, so that if you were to browse from oursite.co.uk to the business directory link you would assume it is all the site website.
However once into the directory subsite, the logo now links back to the directory homepage (www.oursite,co.uk/business-directory) rather than the true homepage of our site (www.oursite,co.uk).
I have looked through vast amounts of code to try to find an option or hook to change JUST the url associated with the logo link.
There is, what appears to be the code for this in the header file, however when simply changing the link to point to http://www.oursite.co.uk it doesn’t actually change the link at all.
A look at firebug shows that the div id and class associated with the logo section appear in a different order to the code in the header.php file, so I assume it is pulling that code from elsewhere in the directory files?
Can anyone guide me to the correct place!? This is a very annoying little issue and would otherwise be fine if our whole site was purely a directory, however the directory is just one part of an wider site.
