Import CSV server error

I want to import a previously exported csv from an old business directory installation into the new installation, using the export/import plugin. Export works fine and data in the csv looks good. When I then try to import the csv in the new site it bombs out with the following error message below. What version of MariaDB is required for this to work? According to my server’s cpanel my MariaDB is on version ‘10.0.27-MariaDB’. On the Maria DB website I find 10.1.18 announced as the latest version. So which one does this export/import plugin require to work?
