Import csv not working after install WP4.6 and Coupontheme 8.9.4

    Hi all, this month I’ve updated to WP4.6 and Coupontheme responsive 8.9.4
    MySQL version 4.4.14.1 (from PHP 5.4)
    When trying to import coupons I’m facing the issue with “default columns missing”.
    Even when I download a file via “csv-import” and try to upload exactly the same file without any changes?
    Normally I use this option monthly without any issues
    Any suggestions? Problem occurs in Chrome and Edge.
