Image size on listings

Is there a way to make the images that appear on listings a uniform size when they are uploaded by someone when they create their listing. 200×150 pixels would be ideal. As it stands, quite large pictures can be loaded and it can all look a bit silly.

I’d rather not have to edit every new listing to convert the pictures manually myself.
