Hi, I have tried several times when putting coupons in but the link is not generating images for coupons. Can someone please advise if there’s another way as I’m pretty new to coupon theme and finding really difficult to adjust the settings also the documentation is not well written?

    Many thanks

I think I have a long list of issues lol,

1- When clicking on coupon, it redirects you to 404 page- I have already disable permalinks and sep plugin but still no change

2- In color changes tab, Layout blocks doesn’t work- I have already tried several times but no change

3- Store List is not working after trying several time.

I love this theme and really wants to get start soon but seems they are quite alot bugs in it :(

    1. 404 is a caching issue, its not a theme one. Try disabling plugins as well as permalinks

    2. iv not seen any issues with the color option yet, send a ticket and ill check for you.

    3. for stores you need to use the shortcode; [TAXONOMY name=’store’ count=true icon=true]

    Hi Mark,

I’m still having the same issues,

1- Disable & delete the plugins & permalinks but still 404 error.

2- for stores page, do you add this code in page description ?

3- Expiry date isn’t showing in coupon code it just shows expires in

Sorry I’m not very techie but I though this theme is fully fuctional and you dont need to add any codes, Is it possible for you to make it just like demo so I can work on it as it seems I’ll be spending my time fixing issues on it.

    Many thanks

    1. Make sure you add http:// before your web address, otherwise it won’t work.

Sorry guys should have mentioned earlier, this issue has been resolved now as I was just adding coupons without linking them to stores.

    Thanks anyway, appreciate your help:)
