iCodes Plugin Import – Invalid User

Hi

I’ve just had my account with iCodes approved and logged in fine over there. I have installed the default installation of the Responsive Coupon Theme and installed the iCodes plugin. In the plugin settings i added the “Subscription ID” from my iCodes account into the “Subscription” field and my iCodes username into the “Username” field, switched the toggle to UK. After saving, when I try and run the import I get:

“Invalid User

I have double checked the username, tried copying and pasting, generated a new Subscription ID at iCodes but to no avail. The weird thing is, iCodes is showing some Webservices Requests so it seems that its connecting somehow.

Am I doing something obviously wrong here?
