.htaccess code causing login error

Re Classified Responsive and Vacation Time Child Theme:

For some time now, we have had trouble logging in to wp-admin. We took this issue up with our host provider and they came back with the following email:
The reason the wordpress login page isn’t coming up normally is because there is a custom htaccess in the root preventing access to that page. When disabling that it is able to come up. Because this is custom html code you can either correct it yourself, or we can have our Proserv team fix it for you for an hourly fee.

We have asked them again to provide us with the actual code so we can provide that to Premium Press and make sure that the code as far as their theme goes is correct.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
