How to upgrade to responsive theme from directorypress 7.1.4?

    Hi,
    I would like to know if there is a way to upgrade my version 7 (7.1.4) directorypress to a responsive theme.
    I have bought the responsive themes but i am unable to keep my already created listings. Is it possible to keep the listing and upgrade to responsive themes?
