How to update featured image using CSV importer

    Using the premiumpress csv importer to insert featured image does not seem to work I can upload the path and I only see the default no image icon. If I export the csv file I can see a featured_image field and it has the correct path but if I check the listing post there is no featured image set any ideas what I am doing wrong
