How to stop display "Edit coupon" option

    “Edit coupon” option is displaying for every user, even he is not registered in the site.
    I want to display this option only for admin, and moderators. So how can i stop displaying this option in the coupon listing.

    some coupon descriptions having duplicate content twice. why this is happening?
