How to sort or rearrange Categories order?

    The Shop categories seem to be listed in the order they are created, with latest being added to the bottom of the list.
    I created a new category Art. How do I get it to display at the top of the categories listing?
    If I wanted it to appear at a specific spot in the categories, can this be done, and how?
