How to show category description even when it has 0 coupons

Hello, I have 7 main categories with almost 40 subcategories. I have a nice description for each one of these categories that was being displayed on previous versions of the theme but not it doesn’t show when the category has 0 coupons to display… I would like to have the category description text/title even when it has no coupons to display. Same thing with “Stores”

The message I get instead of the description is the following:
There were no results found for your search query.
We did not find any results for your search query. Please try again with a different search query.
