How to See or View Private Messages between users

Two Questions…

1) We need a way to see Private Messages that are sent between users. Is there a way to see all messages that users may send to each other when using Private Messaging?

2) Is there a way to be notified that a user left a private message for another user? I watched the tutorial on Setting Up Emails. I created a new email titled “New Private Message” and added our email address into the BCC field. The problem is that there is no action that I can assign that email to. I do see an action titled “Listing Contact Form” – is that the action for Private Massage notifications? If so, it’s not working. The description for this action says “This email is sent to the listing author when someone uses the listing page contact form”. What listing contact form? Is this for Private Messaging? We have two test users, when user1 sends a Private Message to user2, user1 can see that he or she has a notification once they are logged in. The problem are the emails that get sent to the users letting them know that someone sent them a Private Message.
